To ensure the Milwaukee 7 region's employers have a skilled and educated workforce, our Business Solutions Team implements a multi-pronged approach, including convening Industry Advisory Boards to drive skills development and training, tailored candidate recruitment, customized hiring events, and innovative training solutions. These boards are led solely by employers. 

Employ Milwaukee is on track to more than double from the prior program year the number of hiring events, the number of employers actively engaged in hiring, and the number of job seekers that interview at the events. Hosting multiple Fair Chance Thursday hiring events each month, our Business Solutions team is able to connect job seekers with employers across a wide range of industries.
