Jeff has been improving community outreach and relations within EMI’s Business Solutions team for 14 years! In his current position as a Business Solutions Manager, Jeff oversees employer engagement, which includes working with local employers to understand their workforce needs, collaborating with EMI Program Managers to fulfill those needs, and coordinating hiring events.

Frederick Nelson
Frederick Nelson has been a member of Employ Milwaukee’s team for over 6 years. As a Business Sector Specialist, Frederick’s primary tasks include assisting and connecting employers with desirable talent, organizing hiring events and continuing to develop EMI’s relationships with local hiring managers. “By giving someone a job opportunity and them gaining a sustainable wage, it strengthens the families in our communities and contributes to the city’s economic development.”
