WIOA Adult and Dislocated Worker Programs provide access to career and training services that help in the achievement of employment goals. Adult and Dislocated Worker career services include Workforce Preparation Activities, such as workshops led by experts in resume development and interviewing techniques, Financial Literacy Services, and coordination with other programs, such as English Language Acquisition or Adult Basic Education. A variety of training services, including Occupational Skills Training, On-the-Job Training (OJT), Job Readiness Training, and Customized Training, provide options that meet the individual’s needs and learning style.
