Every other month Employ Milwaukee is offering First Source Hiring Events to provide employers with RPP-certified construction talent and construction-trained job seekers the opportunity to advance their career.

Each event will feature services and opportunities for job seekers:

• RPP certification "on the spot" for qualified individuals 
• Job openings with local contractors and skilled trades

Employers and contractors can get assistance with onboarding new employees and upskilling current workforce: 

• On-the-Job Training can offset up to 75% of new workers wages for a limited time
• Paid Work Experience with Employ Milwaukee serving as employer of record while employers and new workers determine compatibility
• Incumbent Worker Training of offset the cost of upskilling the current workforce
