Employ Milwaukee Work Wise is a senior employment program that provides unemployed adults aged 55 and older with training opportunities and part-time, paid work experience in community service organizations. Work Wise places experienced and skilled workers back in the workforce. The on-the-job experience helps build and improve participants' skills for permanent employment. After qualifying, Each Work Wise program participant receives individual job counseling and a comprehensive assessment. Together, the job seeker and Work Wise Coordinator prepare an individual employment plan to be used as a guide during your training. Work Wise can help you make the right choice for your future career.

Training Wage: $7.25/hr*
