Employ Milwaukee’s programs for adults provide individuals access to career and training services that help them achieve the employment goals. Program elements include workforce preparation activities, such as workshops led by experts in resume development and interviewing techniques, financial literacy services, and coordination with other programs, such as English Language Acquisition or Adult Basic Education. A variety of training services, including occupational skill training, On-the-Job Training (OJT), job readiness training, and customized training, provide options that meet an individual’s needs and learning style.
