Primarily funded through a Summer Jobs and Beyond: Career Pathways for Youth (CPY) grant from the U.S. Department of Labor, our Career Plus program provides local youth with career services, paid work experience and access to in-school enrichment programming such as financial literacy, social-emotional learning, and STEM education. This innovative program places Career Coordinators in area high schools to create the bridge many students need between high school and postsecondary education or employment. Current participating high schools include North Division, South Division, Barack Obama, Bradley Tech and two high schools in the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District - Nathan Hale and West Allis Central.
